Tantangan terbesar perusahaan pada saat mengalami perubahan strategi adalah bukan membuat strategi yang baik namun lebih pada eksekusi strategi dengan baik. Eksekusi yang baik menuntut kesamaan cara pandang dan irama kerja antar jenjang / level manajemen (direktur-general manager-manager-supervisor) dan bahkan juga dengan karyawan, jika tidak maka akan muncul persoalan serius dalam eksekusi. Salah satu titik kritis biasanya terletak pada kurang sinkron-nya cara pandang dan irama kerja antara manager dan supervisor. Salah satu penyebab ketidaksinkronan tersebut adalah kenyamanan pola pikir dan pola kerja lama pada supervisor yang cenderung tidak kreatif dan hanya mengandalkan instruksi dari manager. 
 Pelatihan creative thinking atau berpikir kreatif ini akan membantu para supervisor melakukan perubahan pola pikir dan pola kerja yang lebih kreatif dengan memberikan gambaran bagaimana posisi penting seorang supervisor, mengapa harus memiliki pola pikir kreatif serta bagaimana memiliki pola pikir kreatif.
Berfikir kreatif sesungguhnya sudah menjadi hal yang mutlak harus dilakukan dan menjadi kompetensi seorang Supervisor karena sesungguhnya supervisor bukan lagi pelaksana yang hanya menerima instruksi namun bisa menerjemahkan instruksi yang sifatnya global dengan kemampuan kreativitasnya sehingga bisa mencapai target yang diharapkan. 
JIka ada target 10 dan tidak bisa dikerjakan oleh seorang Supervisor hanya karena dia belum pernah mengerjakan tugas seperti itu, artinya dia hanya menunggu sampai diajarkan caranya menyelesaikan sebuha tugas, dan semestinya hal itu tidak perlu terjadi untuk seorang yang sudah menjadi Supervisor. 
Pelatihan berfikir kreatif ini pun bisa dilaksanakan untuk karyawan baru sehingga mindset nya sudah terasah untuk selalu berfikir kreatif. Kita bisa lakukan upaya ini secara konsisten dengan mengamati perilaku team kita sendiri dan jika belum memiliki kemampuan untuk berfikir kreatif maka kita bisa mengusulkan kepada manajemen untuk mengadakan pelatihan Creatif Thinking (Berfikir Kreatif).
